For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to the others. We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. Romans 12:4-6
At Abundant Hope, we believe everyone has the capacity and ability to follow Jesus’ example by serving others. With Christ as the head and we, the believers, as the body, we all have a vital function to serve as the Church. As with any household or family, there are many ways to get involved. Whether your skills are singing, praying, cooking, cleaning, serving, etc., we encourage all of our members to seek God’s will in prayer and discernment to see how they would like to participate in the body of Christ.
